Pinot and Prep Week 2

We’ve said it before, and we will say it again. Our first week using the “Prep” method was a game changer. We are both busy. My Mom still works and has a big home and big family. I am a working Mom of two kiddos. Busy is an understatement. We are you! We know you want to put yummy dinners on the table quickly. So, let’s get prepping!

DIVIDE AND CONQUER!

Grab a friend, husband, wife, sibling, child, ANYONE…and lets get prepping. You can absolutely do this alone, but we like to cut our time in half. Plus it is way more fun to sip vino and prep with someone.

This Weeks Menu

Breakfast

Bacon and Veggie Egg Muffins

Lunch

Poppyseed Chicken Salad & Cajun Salmon Caesar Salad

Dinner

Teriyaki Meatballs

Served with a veggie or grain of your choice. Grab something from your freezer to save you money at the store and to help clean it out a bit.
