Crispy Balsamic Broccolini


1-2 bunches broccolini

Cooking Spray (Avocado, Olive, or Coconut Oil)

Balsamic Vinegar


Prep Day

Rinse Broccolini and pat dry. 

Cut into stalks, label and store in refrigerator

Cook Day


Preheat oven to 425 F. Arrange broccolini on baking sheet and spray/brush with oil until coated. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with Balsamic vinegar.

Roast for 5 minutes Remove, toss and put back in oven for 5 minutes, or until crispy and lightly brown on top
