I am so excited to share with you our very first meal prep!!
What a labor of love this has been. We have tried this one over twice now, and even had a good friend give it a try. It has made my week as a busy working Mama SO much easier. I hope that whether you use this exact menu or not, you are inspired, and plan your own week of meals to help simplify your busy life.
Below you will find everything you need to set your self up for success.
The menu, a grocery list, as well as your prep guide that you will want to do at the beginning of your week.
Then, the rest of your week will be so easy as you whip up yummy meals for you and your family.

PREP DAY GUIDE
Prepping your food is the key to our meal prep and makes cooking easier throughout the week.
First things first…Make that Frittata
Prep your protein
Throw all of your chicken for the Asian Chicken Salad and the Coconut – Mustard Chicken dinner into your Crock Pot, Insta Pot, or in the oven. I like my Insta Pot! While the Chicken is cooking, prep your Steak and refrigerate until you are ready to cook that. Your chicken might be done now depending on your cooking method. Shred it all and refrigerate.
Use a blender or food processor and make your Asian Salad Dressing, Coconut-Mustard Sauce for the Chicken Dinner, and finally the sauce for your Thai Style Beef dinner. Label those sauces and store in the fridge for 4-7 days.
Last but not least, VEGGIES!
Chop all of the veggies from each recipe according to the instructions and refrigerate.
