Angie’s Tuna Salad

Tuna Salad is one of my favorite go to lunches! It is so easy to whip together in a hurry, and it’s healthy!

Don’t forget to meal prep to make it even quicker!

Serves 4

PREP DAY

Ingredients

1/3 medium red onion. Diced

3 to 4 medium celery stalks. Diced

1/3 cup fresh Italian parsley. Chopped.

Combine together in container, label and refridgerate.

COOK DAY

Ingredients

3 cans tuna (6 oz)  (Smart Catch is mercury free)

2/3 cup Avocado Oil Mayo (We like Primal Kitchen)

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon dill, dried

Directions

Place drained tuna into a large bowl. Add the mayo and mash with a fork until there are no large chunks.

Add the following to your tuna mixture: Prepped veggies
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon dill, dried Mix well

Enjoy with a tortilla or lettuce wrap.
